Relationships of Peace Coaching Agreement

Coaching Services Agreement

Welcome to Relationships of Peace. My goal is to provide coaching services that encourage growth, strengthen relationships, and equip individuals, couples, parents, and children with practical tools for success.

By purchasing coaching services through Relationships of Peace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

Nature of Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to help clients identify goals, develop skills, and implement positive changes in their lives and relationships.

Coaching is not counseling, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or medical care. Coaching services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition. If emotional, psychological, or safety concerns arise, clients may be encouraged to seek appropriate professional services.

Services Offered

Relationships of Peace provides coaching services that may include:

  • Marriage and Relationship Coaching

  • Premarital Coaching

  • Parenting Coaching

  • Children's Life Coaching

  • Prepare/Enrich Assessment Facilitation

  • Communication and Conflict Resolution Coaching

Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay the fees associated with their selected coaching service or package.

For coaching packages utilizing a payment plan:

  • Total Program Investment: $760

  • First Payment: $380 due at enrollment

  • Second Payment: $380 due 30 days after enrollment

Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension of services until payment arrangements are resolved.

Scheduling and Rescheduling

Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.

Clients may reschedule a session by providing at least 24 hours' notice.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be considered forfeited and may not be eligible for rescheduling.

Refund Policy

The initial payment reserves coaching time, preparation, assessments, and program materials.

All payments are non-refundable once coaching services have commenced, except where otherwise required by law.

Requests for exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Relationships of Peace.

Prepare/Enrich Assessments

Clients participating in Prepare/Enrich services understand that assessment results are intended to provide insight, education, and coaching support. Assessment results are not psychological evaluations or mental health diagnoses.

Client Responsibilities

Clients acknowledge that they are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching effectiveness depends upon the client's willingness to actively participate, apply learned principles, and complete recommended activities between sessions.

Confidentiality

Relationships of Peace will maintain the confidentiality of client information to the fullest extent possible. Information will not be shared with third parties without permission except when required by law or when there is a concern regarding the safety of the client or others.

Limitation of Liability

Clients understand that coaching outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Relationships of Peace shall not be held liable for decisions, actions, or results arising from participation in coaching services.

Agreement

By filling out the provided agreement, purchasing coaching services, scheduling a session, or submitting payment through Stripe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Coaching Agreement.
